Wellness Sessions
Mind-Body Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Sessions support people on their personal growth and healing journey. Clients choose the focus of their sessions, which can range from assistance with healthy lifestyle choices including diet and exercise, to identifying and clearing unconscious emotions, belief patterns, and generational traumas, learning Mind-Body Medicine techniques, and sorting through available testing and therapies. The goal is always to remove obstacles to healing in order to restore optimal health. Parent coaching for their children with health and developmental challenges can be interwoven into the sessions.
