I’m a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Homeopath, Child Development Specialist, Energy-Medicine Practitioner, mother of two homeschooled young men, and a lover of learning about holistic health, child development, how the brain works, interpersonal relationships and the paradoxical nature of the universe. I believe in, and live for, magic and miracles.
I’ve been down this path for myself and my children, using functional, mind-body and energy medicine techniques to heal gut dysbiosis, SIBO, reflux, food sensitivities, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, reactive airway issues, allergies, eczema, insomnia, dysautonomia, sensory issues, ADD, depression/anxiety, and host of bumps, bruises, viruses, and infections. I’m forever grateful for the knowledge, support and resources that have given me the opportunity to use holistic methods for my family’s health journey.

Since then, I’ve studied with some of the most forward thinking functional, integrative, developmental and energy medicine practitioners of our time including Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, Dr. Datis Kharrazian, Glenn T. King, Robert J. Doman, Jr., the Svetlana Masgutova Educational Institute, and the Institute of Functional Medicine. My work at Epidemic Answers and the FLIGHT Study gives me direct involvement with the latest cutting edge health testing, therapies and technology, and running the National Center for Homeopathy’s conferences and webinars provides me with first hand learning from experts in the field.
